❄️ Resting for the Winter
The Wednesday Circle and our Day Retreats are taking a gentle pause for the winter season. Just like the land, we're slowing down and turning inward, and we can't wait to welcome you back in the spring. In the meantime, all of the sessions below are available year round.

Cancellation Policy
We keep our sessions and gatherings small and intimate, so every spot matters. When a spot is cancelled last minute, it's often too late for someone else to join. This policy helps us keep things fair for everyone, and keep offering these experiences with care.
One-on-one sessions
Reiki, BEAM Therapy, Energetic Interference Clearing and Soul Psychic Readings
- 📅24 hours or more beforeYou're welcome to cancel or reschedule any time before then, using the booking system.
- 🕯️Less than 24 hours, or no-showSessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
Group events and circles
Group Mediumship, Full Moon and Portal Circles, Group BEAM and Grief Support
- 💛5 or more days beforeFull credit toward a future session, or a refund minus a $15 processing fee.
- 🌗2 to 4 days before50% credit toward a future session, or a 50% refund minus a $15 processing fee.
- 🕯️Less than 48 hours, or no-showNo refund or credit.
- 🤝Can't make it?You're always welcome to send someone in your place. Just let us know their name.
- 🌦️If we cancelFor weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full credit.
