Brenda Farrugia
I've spent my career helping people and organizations look beyond what they think is possible. My work lives at the intersection of science and spirit, the corporate boardroom and the healing circle. I believe limitations are learned, and everything that's been learned can be unlearned.
As a wellness program designer, I work with both individuals and organizations to uncover the beliefs and patterns that quietly cap their potential. Then we go to work on dismantling them — together, with curiosity and creativity rather than fear.
My two worlds — corporate wellness and esoteric healing — aren't as separate as they might seem. At the core of both is this: people are capable of so much more than they've been told, and it's a joy and a privilege to walk with them as they find that out for themselves.
Asim Khawaja
Having traveled to over 200 countries and lived in seven, Asim has devoted his life to supporting people wherever his journey takes him. His path led him ultimately to Ontario, Canada, and to this work.
Asim's gifts are rare and powerful. He combines a natural ability to read energy fields with a deep understanding of applied physiology, allowing him to quickly identify the root of what his clients are carrying and help them move through it. His commitment to ethics, honesty, and self-love runs through everything he does.
Through his work alongside indigenous communities in Northern Ontario, Asim brings a depth of spiritual understanding that is hard to find. His guidance has helped countless people release resistance, fear, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs so they can step into their true, empowered selves.
