We're Brenda and Asim. This land in Selkirk is our home, and we share it with our chickens, our birds, and anyone who feels called to visit. When you come here, you're not walking into a clinic. You're walking onto our land, and we want you to feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
Whether you've been on a healing path for years or you're simply curious and not sure where to begin, there is a place for you here. You don't need to know anything ahead of time, and you don't need to believe anything in particular. We meet every person exactly where they're at, and we go at your pace.
New to energy work?
That's perfectly okay. Many people who find us feel a little unsure at first. Start with a free, relaxed conversation and ask us anything. There are no silly questions.
Brenda Farrugia
I've spent my career helping people and organizations look beyond what they think is possible. My work lives at the intersection of science and spirit, the corporate boardroom and the healing circle. I believe limitations are learned, and everything that's been learned can be unlearned.
In 2016, I founded So Brilliant, my corporate wellness practice, out of those same questions about what's really possible for people. In 2021, I met Asim, and together in 2022 we found this property and founded A&B Healing. So Brilliant is still very much alive today, and everything I learned building it continues to shape how we hold space here.
As a wellness program designer, I work with both individuals and organizations to uncover the beliefs and patterns that quietly cap their potential. Then we go to work on dismantling them, together, with curiosity and creativity rather than fear.
My two worlds, corporate wellness and esoteric healing, aren't as separate as they might seem. At the core of both is this: people are capable of so much more than they've been told, and it's a joy and a privilege to walk with them as they find that out for themselves.
Asim Khawaja
Having traveled to nearly every country in the world and lived in seven, Asim has devoted his life to supporting people wherever his journey takes him. His path led him ultimately to Ontario, Canada, and to this work.
People often tell us that Asim sees right to the heart of what they're carrying, and that he does it with so much kindness. He combines a natural ability to read energy fields with a deep understanding of applied physiology, allowing him to quickly identify the root of what his clients are carrying and help them move through it. His commitment to ethics, honesty, and self-love runs through everything he does.
Through his work alongside indigenous communities in Northern Ontario, Asim brings a depth of spiritual understanding that is hard to find. His guidance has helped countless people release resistance, fear, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs so they can step into their true, empowered selves.

We met in 2021, and a year later we found this property and knew right away it was meant to be. Since then, this land has become the heart of everything we do.
Most days you'll find us outside, tending the land, caring for our animals, walking the labyrinth, or sharing a coffee and a good laugh. We take this work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Healing can be gentle. It can even be joyful.
Our hope is simple: that you leave feeling lighter, more like yourself, and like you've made a couple of new friends along the way.

Our mission is to support individuals and groups in reconnecting with the awareness of who they truly are, clearing the weight of what they are not, and stepping into a life that reflects their deepest truth.
